Accessibility Statement

My Condo Expert, an initiative of COSMORE, wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use mycondoexpert.com.

Our goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/). We also follow the U.S. Department of Justice guidance on web accessibility (https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance/).

What we do

• Use semantic page structure, headings and text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus.
• Maintain color contrast and resizable text.
• Review new pages and features for accessibility before publishing.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible, for example:
– listing photos and data supplied by third-party MLS feeds;
– interactive maps;
– some downloadable PDF guides;
– embedded third-party content.

We are working to improve these areas. If you need any information in an alternative format, we will provide it.
